Peanut Butter Cookies
When it comes to cookies, you just can’t beat peanut butter. Here is a fantastic Low-Carb Peanut Butter Cookie recipe that will require one glass of coconut milk to dunk in only 15 minutes.
1 Cup of Natural Peanut Butter
1 Teaspoon of Stevia
1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1. Mix together and put a heaping teaspoon onto a sheet of greased wax paper.
2. Press them down so they’re cookie shaped and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
1. If you use the liquid Stevia it’ll be more crumbly than if you use powered Stevia.
